Job Responsibilities:
A- Creates and carries out maintenance of Bill of Materials in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to ensure system mapped menu grids are accurate and up-to-date for correct costing and billing.
B- Carries out change management engineering of Bill of Materials to ensure data integrity. Communicates to all concerned on validation of Bill of Materials.
C- Attend menu presentation to identify new requirement and propose necessary changes to menus.
D- Plans requirement of material resources based on forecasts with suggested delivery schedule for efficient materials stock control.
E- Reviews the materials stock levels and proposes changes to delivery schedule to ensure efficient materials stock control.
Job Requirements:
A- Without Degree Minimum 3 years of job-related experience and With Degree Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
B- Experience of at least 3 years in supply chain – preferably within the F&B industry or FMCG.
C- Confidence of handling the phone.
D- Experience on an ERP system – JDE/Oracle Preferred.
E- Good spoken and written English.
