Job Responsibilities:
A- Maintain and repair walls, floors and ceiling surfaces from the Hotel’s premises.
B- You will also participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department..
Job Requirements:
A- Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property internal and external walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
B- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.
C- Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting.
D- Stores sufficient spare parts and reorders if necessary.
E- Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs.
