Job Responsibilities:
A- Projects supply needs for the department, (e.g., china, glass, silver, buffet presentations, props.
B- Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy.
C- Understands the impact of Banquet operations on the overall success of an event and manages activities to maximize customer satisfaction
D- Adheres to and reinforces all standards, policies, and procedures.
E- Maintains established sanitation levels.
Job Requirements:
A- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area.
B- Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently.
C- Communicates areas in need of attention to staff and follows up to ensure follow through.
D- Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all Room Service policies, standards and procedures..
E- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
