Job Responsibilities:
A- Write and edit minutes, draft and/ or type complex reports and correspondences while ensuring consistency and standardization of formats.
B- Answer telephone calls and provide relevant information to callers; screen and route calls to appropriate individual.
C- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail for department.
D- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Diploma / Bachelor’s degree.
B- +5 years of experience in Executive Administration.
C- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
D- Relevant secretarial / Office Administration Certificate.
