Job Description:
A Nurse is responsible for nursing functions at the Hotel to cover guest and team members.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provides medical attention to team members and guests.
B- Interacts with team members and acts as a PR representative for the department.
C- Ensures that information is communicated throughout the company.
D- Counsels team members and makes referrals to the employee assistance programme when required.
E- Responds to guest and team member requests in a timely and professional manner.
F- Maintains First Aid Boxes.
G- Provides administrative services for the medical plan and maintains up to date records for the medical plan.
Job Requirements:
A- Secondary school graduate.
B- Degree in Nursing.
C- Requires a minimum of five years related experience.
D- Registered Nurse with all the relevant qualifications in emergency care.
E- Participate in necessary training and request training to meet development needs.
F- Ability to operate and maintain a HR system.
