Job Responsibilities:

To Release patient Medical Information upon verifying the Release of Information Consent, Identify the Right Patient and Right Reports.
To maintain safety , security and confidentiality
To provide medical record services including outpatient. Inpatient , emergency unit and administration
To collect specified clinical reports of the patient for scanning and uploading in to the computer as per the requirement
To carry out quantitative analysis of the admission , discharge patient’s Electronic Health Records and maintain the medical records audit tool

Job Requirements:

A secondary school qualification (Grade 12) with Diploma in Medical Records Science
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of scanning documents
Medical terminology
Numerical literacy
Relevant Medical Records experience in a healthcare setting
