Job Responsibilities:
A- Facilitate the expansion of Qatar Airways Aeromedical Centre together with the Medical Director and contribute to the strategic vision of the Centre.
B- Direct the operations and manage relationships with QR and with third-party entities. Actively engage in strategy development and research related to the medical center operations.
C- Lead the medical certification processes for Qatar Airways’ flying staff and also for other airlines as required.
D- Advise on matters related to occupational health and wellbeing of passengers and employees. Strategize and deliver on health educational programs for the organization.
E- Manage the operations of QR AeroMedical Centre and ensure the smooth delivery of healthcare services to employees and third parties.
Job Requirements:
A- Master’s or Post-graduate degree in Medicine.
B- Aviation Medicine certification.
C- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in aviation medicine and leading an aviation medical facility.
D- Strong leadership and business/performance mindset, with outstanding capabilities of negotiation and influence.
