1- Mechanical Service Engineer | HMAF
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Coordinate Contractor’s mechanical assets (HVAC, Mechanical, Fire Fighting System & MEP Services).
B- Maintenance activities, undertake inspections, preparing performance reports and manage client service request.
C- Planning and scheduling HVAC and MECHANICAL Equipment Preventive and corrective maintenance such as AHU, FCU, CCU, VRF, Chillers, Split A/c, Water Pumps, Sump pump, Grease Traps, Sump Pits, Water Tanks, Filtration System, Fountain Pumps, ACMV Fans.
Job Requirements :
A- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
B- 7 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management. HVAC/Electrical/ Mechanical/Plumbing & Drainage network Maintenance experience.
C. Driving License, UPDA/MMUP Certification.
