Job Summary:
A- Answer associates’ questions and determine how to assist them. Record symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition. Make referrals if necessary.
B- Measure and record patients’ vital signs.
C- Recommend and implement patient care plans and interventions based on assessment of patient conditions.
D- Administer medications and provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures/blood pressures, cleaning/dressing wounds, massaging muscles, or delivering hot/cold applications.
E- Administer emergency treatment for injuries/illnesses; arrange medical care if necessary.
F- Inform management and all associates of health problems to minimize or eliminate potential illness risks.
G– Record, store, and maintain associate’s assessment and counseling information.
H– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional area, seek additional information when presented with unfamiliar situations; participate in ongoing professional development.
Job Requirements:
A- At least 3 years of university degree / diploma in Nursing or related discipline is a must. Minimum 4 years of prior experience in welfare will be preferable.
B- Must have ability to conduct group trainings. Prior work experience in multicultural environment would be an added advantage.
