Job Description:
A- Functions as the strategic business leader of overall food and beverage operation of multiple brand hotels which includes Restaurants, Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, where applicable.
B- Position oversees the development and implementation of the Food & Beverage strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategies and brand initiatives.
C- The position ensures the food and beverage operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the F&B division.
D- Develops and implements strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of each brand’s target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment.
