1- Associate Marketing Manager

Job Description:
To manage the Marketing Department in all aspects of its operation. The position requires and execution of marketing activities such as special events, public relations efforts, advertising and collateral production, including budget, implementing the marketing strategy defined by the line manager, overseeing and collaborating with the Marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Develop a 12-months Marketing calendar from concept, planning and execution.
B- Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the Annual Marketing Plan, Asset Brand positioning and overall objectives.
C- Manage relationships with external agencies, key tenants and ensure that the Marketing team sustain a channel communication with tenants.
D– Monitor, control and report key performance indicators related to the department, to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
E- Oversee the development and production of any internal / external marketing collateral required.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
B- 4 Years of Managerial Experience (Required).
C- Proven track record of success in shopping malls or real estate in the Qatar / GCC.
D- Strong organizational skills.
