Job Description:
The Load Control Manager plans and manages the Centralized Load Control (CLC) for Emirates Airlines & fly Dubai and delivers load control services for all other airlines to ensure a safe, punctual departure of all aircraft departing from Dubai Airports and outstations airports for CLC airlines. This role is accountable for accurate weight & balance functions for contracted customer airlines through the use of Departure Control Systems (DCS) or manual Load Control methods, complying at all times with all International, Airline, Aircraft and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Manages the Load Control department, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery in line with customer operating procedures according to Airport Handling Manual (AHM) and Government / International regulatory requirements.
B- Critically analyses all service failures to identify root cause and recommend corrective measures to both internal business units & customer airlines operating a Centralized Load Control model.
C- Manages effective achievement of departmental objectives through the establishing of individual performance related objectives to drive formal appraisal of performance, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
D- Constantly analyze procedures, practices and drive innovation through technology to support increased collaboration within dnata Airport Operations and to ensure dnata maintains its position as a leading provider of load control services.
Job Requirements:
A- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
B- 8-10 years of experience in ground handling, Load Control (weight & Balance) including at least 2 years in Airport operations.
C- Advanced Budget and Cost Control Knowledge.
D- Advanced Performance Management Skills.
