About Role:
In this role, you will ensure that the team undertake rapid, efficient, safe and accurate movement and storage of stock. You will ensure that the stock is in the right place at the right time, whilst minimizing shortages, breakages and other materials handling costs. You will assist the Warehouse Team Leaders with all aspects of warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensures stacking of pallets is in accordance with company guidelines for maximum space utilization and safe movement of stock.
B- Ensures stock stacked and picked according to expiry dates and vintages to ensure proper stock rotation on a First in First out (FIFO) basis.
C- Supervises unloading teams to ensure proper receipt of goods including correct product and pallet labelling.
D- Checks all dispatches to On Trade customers ensuring accuracy.
Job Requirements:
A- Completed High School level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
B- Experience in materials handling in similar warehouse operations with high density racking and palletized stock.
C- Knowledge of pallet stacking climate control standard.
D- Good knowledge of safety practices in a warehouse operations.
