About Role:
As Security and Risk Manager, you are responsible to lead the functions of security and safety; as well as the complete risk matters which include building security and fire life and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
A– Lead and champion the Risk Management process in the hotel, as aligned with IHG standards.
B– Participate and provide leadership on various committees, councils, and process improvement teams, acting in an advisory capacity.
C– Adhere with local security laws, regulations, and contract requirements. Liaise with relevant local authorities and maintain strong relationships with the same.
D– Direct subordinates in enforcing compliance; and maintains relationships with authorities, regulatory agencies, and other issuers of security requirements.
Job Requirements:
A– Must have 3-5 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role in a similar environment and has strong capabilities in handling multiple tasks.
B– Strong problem-solving skills.
C– Great communication skills.
