1- Senior Leasing Executive
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- As a Senior Leasing Executive, you bill maintaining the lease records and updating the lease activities in a database. You will be in contact with tenants and you will have to ensure the accuracy of documents and financial records. Prepare LAF for higher management signature.
B- Negotiate price and other relating conditions.
C- Provide quick responses to tenant inquiries.
D- Seek temporary or permanent tenants for vacancy.
E- Prepare letters for renewal of lease agreement and send to the tenants on time as mentioned on the contract/agreement.
Job Requirements:
A- Shows Entrepreneurial Spirit – Proficient.
B- Ensure The Successful Leasing Of Retail And F and B Outlets, L1
C- Manage All Leasing Activities Including Attracting New Tenants, Rental Negotiations, Renewals L1.
D- Leasing Management And Forecast In Order To Maximize Rental, Thereby Increasing Various Malls Profitability L1.
