Job Responsibilities:
A- Make requisition for the stationary and all other office supplies for the smooth operations of the office.
B- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, receive and distribute Finance Department incoming mail.
C- Ensure that all attendance sheets from different departments are approved before forwarding to Paymaster.
D- Assist the Paymaster in the departmental attendance sheet administration.
E- Distribute pay slips to the Department Heads and obtain their signatures upon delivery.
Job Requirements:
A- You should ideally have a degree in hotel management or accounting and at least one year previous experiences within a hotel environment.
B- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM and SUN System is an asset.
C- The ideal candidate will be result oriented and a self motivator along with a positive attitude.
