About Role:
Attend to walk-in customers visiting the HFD. Liaise with respective dept. to ensure TAT is maintained as per HF Policy, Maintain MIS to ensure 100% Service Quality.
Job Responsibilities:
A– Maintain accurate log for the walk-in customers.
B– Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceed customer expectations.
C– Updating cases in the system timely manner.
D- Ensure compliance with bank policies.
Job Requirements:
A- Customer service skills in order communicate and to handle walk in customers.
B- Excellent communication skills.
C- Fluency in Arabic and English.
D– Highly organized.
E- Previous banking experience in similar role.
