1- Document Controller
Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Administration

Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Logs (either manually or electronically), copies, and distributes various project and /or engineering documents.
B- Maintains established files for project document retention.
C- Scans documents for electronic storage.
D- Assists in project closeout activities, as needed. Packs boxes of records for shipment to client storage or construction site.
E- Prepares packages for shipping offsite.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
B- Minimum of 5 years experience.
C- Computer skills are mandatory : MS Windows and related word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
D- Experience working with ACONEX.
