1- Tenders Assistant
Salary: QAR 48,000 – 66,000 pa
Full Time
Qatar, Doha
Job Responsibilities:
A– Add delivery details for all new purchase orders received to the calendar.
B– Monitor delivery schedule for all awarded PO. Considering request from clients to advance or postpone deliveries as necessary.
C– Prepare request for import approval to be submitted to Ministry of Public Health.
D– Move tender file to close once all deliveries due are completed.
E- Notify Accounts Department any late deliveries expected to incur penalty charges and send any supporting documents to provide reason for late delivery.
Job Requirements:
A– Graduate of Pharmacy, Nursing or any similar field.
B– With at least 2 years of experience in same position is preferable.
C– Ready to join or can in in short time.
D– Fluent in English writing and speaking is required to cater the role.
