Job Responsibilities:
A- You will be responsible for end user equipment installation, maintenance, pro-active monitoring, troubleshooting on all systems.
B- You will support various functions related to IT across Qatar Airways Group.
C- You will identify the nature of the problem, run diagnostic tools to resolve problems and then follow-up with end users to ensure the issue has been resolved.
D- Ensure all the service request & incidents is acknowledged and quality solution is provided either onsite or remotely after reviewing & analysing the request within service level agreement.
E- Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed as per established Organisation processes.
F- Ensuring the endpoints are compliant to the cybersecurity guidelines.
Job Requirements:
A- You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent stream with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, preferably in an IT services industry and diverse work environment.
B- You should be well versed with troubleshooting techniques of Windows desktop OS, MAC OS, MS Office Suite, Print services, Antivirus, etc.
C- We are looking for someone who has customer facing experience with friendly presence and helpful attitude.
