About Role:
The HVAC Technician role is responsible to carry out effectively the works of preventive & corrective maintenance/servicing /installation/ fault diagnosis for all Heating. Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment by utilizing correct tools and method as per instruction of safe work practices, maintenance and standard working procedures.
Responsibilities:
A- Under general supervision, diagnoses and repairs systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications as well as an understanding on time and material requirements.
B- Maintains and improves technical proficiency in the Airport HVAC assets.
C- Practicing standard housekeeping and safe working procedures as per given instructions.
D- Take a direct and personal interest in reported injuries, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and response is being achieved.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Qualification, preferably Diploma.
B- Minimum 2 Years’ experience in the field of HVAC maintenance and installation involving maintenance for HVAC equipment, preferably with Airport experience.
C- Awareness of the chilled water and packaged units.
D- Sharing of knowledge, ability to adapt and to be trained.
