Job Description:
This position performs HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance jobs. Responds to emergencies and perform other tasks assigned. A team leader that supervises 18 HVAC Technicians and reports abnormalities to the HVAC Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Supervision.
B- Preventive Maintenance.
C- Nonvalue added work (Shop clean-up, Inventory of Tools).
D- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
A- Foreign National.
B- College degree preferred, high school diploma is required or equivalent.
C- Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC repair and installation and 3 years in a supervisory role. Must be able to read and understand schematic drawings, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
D- Extensive HVAC Maintenance Experience. (3-5 Years).
