Job Description:
We are hiring for your skills to provide Executive Management and Line Managers across the dedicated business areas (Qatar Airways Head Office / Commercial and Outstations divisions / Customer Experience /Flight Operations and Technical/ QR Subsidiaries) with strategic services and consulting on people-related issues.
Responsibilities:
A- Lead the team to deliver a service that is fully aligned to the needs of the business and encourage adopting a solution focused approach.
B- Innovate and challenge established methods to secure continuous improvement.
C- Ensure the effective management of formal HR processes including disciplinary and grievances.
D- Represent the HR Business Partnering team on cross functional projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
B- Minimum 10 years of job-related experience.
C- HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Business Support role within a complex business environment.
D- A recognized accreditation in Human Resources.
