Job Description:
Support all operation teams concerning Human Resource related policies and personnel issues. Provide assistance to employees and supervisors in solving work-related issues. Ensure the implementation of key Human Resources support processes such as benefits, reporting and leave administration. Provide recruiting services for all operations teams as required. Assist with organizational planning, salary administration, and manpower development.
Job Responsibilities:
A– Employee Administration. Work with DHR to complete compensation studies and analysis.
B– Administer employee discount and recognition programs.
C– Maintains accurate and updated confidential employee files.
D– Supports employee payroll processes.
Job Requirements:
A– High School diploma or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
B– Knowledge of relevant government and corporate guidelines governing employee relations and administration.
C– 4 or more years of business experience in Human Resources in hotels industry (GCC Experience is preferred).
