1- HR Government Affairs Officer

Job Description:
The officer is responsible in managing and controlling the process of all activities that are related to the Government offices/agencies. Oversees and ensures that responsibilities are executed in a timely manner, and provide the business with efficient reports. This role analyzes and interprets government policies, evaluate potential impact to organization’s operation and reviews internal policies, plans, programs to ensure consistency with corresponding government regulations and laws.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Monitors the implementation of an improvement process for all immigration and labour records to be tracked and maintained through the established organization system.
B- Assists in developing, managing, periodical review, and communicating Government relations policies and processes to ensure organization compliances.
C- Facilitates and attend to employee queries regarding details of immigration formalities, and entitlements.
D– Ensures immigration processes are completed in minimal time including Resident Permits, Drivers Licenses, Visas, CID procedures etc.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
B- Good knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.
C– Good knowledge of work related Government process & transactions.
D– Minimum 1 year of working experience in any HR related function.
