1- Housekeeping Coordinator (Global Sports Event Qatar 2022 – Accommodation Services)
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assists the Executive Housekeeper and the entire team with managing the day-to-day housekeeping office administration.
B- Follow up and coordinate with other concerned departments all the relevant operational instructions to ensure that employees comply with the policies and procedures.
C- Answers all incoming telephone calls in accordance with the established standard procedures.
D- Maintains the appropriate office supplies at all times.
E- Collaborates with other departments in an effective and friendly manner.
F- Performs general office works and maintains confidentiality of important internal office matters as necessary.
Job Requirements:
A- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus.
B- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience.
C- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities.
D- A hands-on approach is essential.
E- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a large scale property.
