Job Responsibilities:
A- Prepare and delegate daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants.
B- Handle Guest requests and complaints with care and follow up effectively to enhance Guest satisfaction.
C- Monitor room status i.e. VIP/ONO etc and effectively communicate room status and release rooms to the Front Office Department to maintain an efficient operation.
D- Evaluate Housekeeping Attendant performance throughout the year and provide effective feedback when needed.
E- You will be Responsible for supervising the daily operation as well as the Room Attendants, to ensure standards are followed and cleanliness in all related areas is maintained.
F- Inspect Guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and compliance to the Leading Quality Assurance standards of the Hotel.
Job Requirements:
A- High school graduation.
B- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
C- Previous experiences in the same position within the international hotel environment.
D- Command of English language.
