Job Description:
A Housekeeper Manager will support all Housekeeping and Laundry operations including the development of the Team Members with in the group so to provide an exceptional experience for our Guests.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assist with overseeing Housekeeping/Laundry operations.
B- Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules.
C- Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified by the hotel brand standards.
D- Implement, effectively, all Housekeeping policies and procedures including Health and Safety and security.
E- Perform routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas and report any issues to the Executive Housekeeper.
F- Support managing, training and developing the team.
Job Requirements:
A- Housekeeping/laundry experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
B- A high school certificate or equivalent.
C- Proficiency, at a basic level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
D- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
