Job Description:
A- Work as part of the human resources team. Answer patients’ questions and determine how to assist them.
B- Record patient symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition.
C- Make referrals if necessary.
D- Measure and record patients’ vital signs.
E- Recommend and implement patient care plans and interventions based on assessment of patient conditions.
F- Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures/blood pressures, cleaning/dressing wounds, or delivering hot/cold applications.
G- Administer emergency treatment for injuries/illnesses; arrange medical care if necessary.
H- Inform employer/employees of health problems to minimize or eliminate potential illness risks.
I- Record, store, and maintain assessment and counseling information.
