Job Responsibilities:
A– The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.
B– As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience.
C- You’ll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
D- Front Desk / Reception team provide a friendly welcome and efficient customer service to our guests.
Job Requirements:
A- Ideally, you’ll have previous hotel experience in a front office environment and a real passion for delivering great customer service.
B- You’ll be known for your dynamic personality and superior communication skills plus you’ll have the flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
