1- Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
A- An Accounts Payable Clerk / Assistant will fully support the Accounts Payable function within the Finance department by following procedures, understanding the purchasing system completely, and training others to use the system and follow procedures.
B- Use the company purchasing system, Birch street, to match all invoices and purchases orders.
B- Manage the cheque processing system.
C- Meet all payment deadlines.
D- Monitor and control the Accounts Payable process.
Job Requirements:
A- Previous experience in a high volume Accounts function.
B- Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills.
C- Good time management and organization skills.
E- Passion for providing superior customer service
