1- Helpdesk Administrator II
Full Time
Doha – Palm Tower B

Job Responsibilities:
A-
Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot desktop and user end problems. 
B- Act as a Tier-1 Support for IT related issues register in IT helpdesk 
C- Installation and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops and IP Phones 
D- Maintain the IT asset documentation and ensuring that all assets are recorded, updated/removed. 
E- Liaise with the vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Job Requirements:
A- Awareness of IT security best practices.
B- Awareness of network and system structures .
C- 2 -4 years of experience in Helpdesk environment.
D- Work in the shifts (As needed).
