Job Responsibilities:
A- You will be responsible for Leading team of supervisors, technicians and outsourced vendors to undertake all preventive/corrective maintenance and improvement works to ensure that the facilities and civil asset are in good working conditions with minimum disruption to airport operations.
B- You will assist in preparing project scope of works for improvement works and new project which includes inputs on design, site supervision, project management and review of drawings, proposals, method statements, risk assessment and material submittals to ensure design works and construction are in according to design standards and construction specification.
C- You will be responsible to Maintain the following infrastructure such as building interior/exterior facades/fabrics, all types of floor/wall finish, structural, architectural, drainages, roof works, all types of waterproofing works, car-parks, driveways.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized institution.
B- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
C- Experiences in the maintenance of buildings and building inspections.
D- Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of all civil, structure, drainage, roads, bridges, geotechnical, and sewerage systems.
