Job Responsibilities:
As a Guest Experience Specialist your role will be supporting the day-to-day running of Front Office Department by welcoming guest, answering calls, handling inquiries and delivering excellent guest experience.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum two year of experience in Front Office or similar in a luxury/or 5* hotel and/or resort
B- Good communication and interpersonal skills
C- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
D- Ability to work well with a diverse team
E- Flexible Shift
