With the world’s largest Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) shipping fleet comprising of 69 LNG carriers, the company provides the essential transportation link in Qatar’s LNG supply chain. Nakilat operates the Erhama Bin Jaber Al Jalahma Shipyard in Ras Laffan Industrial City, providing comprehensive ship repair and offshore fabrication services via strategic joint ventures: Nakilat-Keppel Offshore & Marine (N-KOM) and Qatar Fabrication Company.
1- Engineer (Proposals) (Offshore)

Job Summary:
Accountable for the proposal management including but not limited to preparation, review, submission and discussion with client.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assists to develop the Proposal Plan and review the Enquiry Summary.
B- Co-organizes and holds the bid kick-off meeting.
C- Defines the bid cost structure, with the support of the OIEI Estimator.
D– Provides review assistance to the approval of the scope of work of each party involved in the bid.
E- Provides review assistance to the approval of the preliminary project cash flow developed by the OIEI Estimator and discuss with Shipyard Finance Manager.
Job Requirements:
A- A Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) Class 1 (Motor Ship) or its equivalent.
B- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
C- Alternatively, experience in on-shore and industrial engineering fabrication, design and construction activities.
