About Qatar Petroleum:
Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established by Emiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in the State of Qatar. The principal activities of QP, its subsidiaries and joint ventures are the exploration, production, local and international sale of crude oil, natural gas and gas liquids, refined products, synthetic fuels, petrochemicals, fuel additives, fertilizers, liquefied natural gas(LNG), steel and aluminum. QP’s strategy of conducting hydrocarbon exploration and development is through Exploration and Production Sharing Agreements (EPSA) and Development and Production Sharing Agreements (DPSA) concluded with major international oil and gas companies.

Job Description:
Develop and manager funding programme and financing structures of all QatarEnergy related new projects and secure limited/ non recourse long-term financings wherever applicable from the international financial market on optimal financial, economic and commercial terms and consistent with Corporate and State of Qatar policies for QatarEnergy, its subsidiaries and JV’s huge/mega projects.
Job Requirements:
A- A degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Accounting). Post graduate degree / MBA or professional qualification (CA,FCCA, ICMA) highly desirable.
B- At least 12 years Post Qualifying within Project Finance environment, with at least 5 years direct experience in Project Financing.
C- Experienced negotiator with strong interpersonal, supervising and management skills.
