About Qatar Petroleum:
Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established by Emiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in the State of Qatar. The principal activities of QP, its subsidiaries and joint ventures are the exploration, production, local and international sale of crude oil, natural gas and gas liquids, refined products, synthetic fuels, petrochemicals, fuel additives, fertilizers, liquefied natural gas(LNG), steel and aluminum. QP’s strategy of conducting hydrocarbon exploration and development is through Exploration and Production Sharing Agreements (EPSA) and Development and Production Sharing Agreements (DPSA) concluded with major international oil and gas companies.

Job Description:
Implement, maintain and support QatarEnergy Governance Programs, ensuring effective embedding of and compliance with the governance frameworks, and manage the day to-day operations of the training and director engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline (Business, Communications) Post graduate qualifications in one of the following disciplines: Governance/ Business/ Communications is a plus.
B- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
C- Work under supervision and collaboratively as team player with members of Legal Department, as well as other stakeholders.
D- At least 7 years of professional experience in various positions relating to Corporate Governance, lnternal Controls, Change Management, Training and Communications related areas in the Oil and Gas and/or petrochemical industry.
