Job Responsibilities:
A- Leads the Front Office team and provides guidance on day to day operations. Front office areas include Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Front Desk.
B- Position directs and works with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process.
C- Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
D- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
E- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Job Requirements:
A- 3-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major. At least 5 years of solid experience is Front Office operation is a must. Management role in Middle East front office experience would be an added advantage.
