Job Responsibilities:
A- Assist showroom walk in customers.
B- Listen to and resolve all customer service complaints.
C- Tend to all telephone inquiries related to Canon Qatar products and services.
D- Assist sales manager and sales team when required.
E- Process quotes, sales orders, and returns in accurately and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
A- Relevant recognized formal qualifications, to University level.
B- High level of written and spoken communications required (essential).
C- Professional appearance, attitude and communication style (essential).
D- Familiarity with MS Office, Email and Internet (essential).
E- Strong telephone sales, closing skills, and communicating with decision makers at all levels.
F- Proven telemarketing or lead generation background.
