About Role:
The Flight Operations Technical Support Officer Effectively support Flight Operations Technical in executing and follow up on cost efficient flight operations technical projects and track all its related administration and financial aspects. Assist in preparing and administrating the department’s yearly budget and verify the incurred expenses against it.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensures accurate verifications of invoices received by QTR Flight Operations Technical in relevance to the signed contracts and services agreements with vendors and third party suppliers.
B- Ensure all contracts and agreements are archived properly and tracked for renewal at least 08 months before its renewal date.
C- Organize and follow on all the administration and financial aspects of the signed Flight Operations Technical Service Agreements, Subscription Services, and Contracts including the department’s various contractual allowances.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
B- Experience in Airline Contract, Finance and Procurement process.
C- Experience in Analysis, Planning and Project management.
