1- Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for the financial reporting requirements, maintaining the full financial integrity of the accounting ledgers, ensuring that all financial information (P&L and balance sheets) are accurately reported to the Finance Director. This position also develops strategies based on financial research and also guides senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Lead, manage issues, risks and impacts associated with the implementation of financial management initiatives, changes to policies, procedures, government directions, protocols and legislation.
B- Develops and implements forecasting system to improve forecasting efficiency.
C- Reviews financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
D- Presents financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
E- Manages activities of the Finance team including training and development and motivating the team.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Pubic Administration or business administration, and other related field.
B- 12 years of job-related experience and upto 5 years experience in similar positions.
C- Knowledge of Accounting budgetary, management principles, practices and procedures.
D- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial date.
