About FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022:
The 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to be the 22nd running of the FIFA World Cup competition, the quadrennial international men’s football championship contested by the national teams of the member associations of FIFA. It is scheduled to take place in Qatar from 21 November to 18 December.
1- Travel Manager

Job Purpose:
FIFA and the Qatar LOC has created a new Joint Venture, which will be responsible for the operational delivery of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM.
Travel Manager facilitates the implementation of a simplified visa processes for all upcoming events in Qatar, valid to all Q22/FIFA constituent groups. Creating strategies in regards to aircraft parking for all Q22/FIFA constituent groups, observing the agreed protocol in cooperation with Q22 Transport (AND) and Q22/FIFA Guest Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Slot coordination processes for charter flights and private jets in cooperation with host country and MATAR (Q22/FIFA constituent groups).
B- Aircraft parking solutions in cooperation with Q22 Transport (AnD).
C- Implement a simplified visa and special permits process for all Q22/FIFA Constituent Groups, incl. workforce, delegates, match officials, guests and football teams (PMAs).
D- Manage all relevant immigration and airport matters, including liaison with authorities, documents distribution process and emergency visa solutions
Job Requirements:
A- Completed business education.
B- Further education in tourism, event or general management as an asset.
C- At least 3 years’ experience in travel or events industry (airports, charter companies, air traffic control, slot coordination).
D– Experience with VIP/VVIP customers and slots assignments.
