Job Responsibilities:
A- Inventory and stock taking of various stores.
B- Recipe costing of new menus and suggests sale prices.
C- Update existing recipe costing with current purchase prices.
D- Update the Opera system with new beverage recipes in the micros interface.
E- Approve steward sale issues and approve operating equipment issues.
Job Requirements:
A- You should have a degree in hotel management or accounting.
B- A minimum of one year previous experience within a hotel environment.
C- Good English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, Jana and SUN System is an asset.
