1- Facilities Engineer

Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Promoting a positive Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) compliance-driven culture always, including the application of Permit to Work, LOTO, Risk Assessment, Method Statement processes.
B- Pro-active flexibility to manage and resolve issues and actions in the MEP speciality field, and other areas of Mace FM project responsibilities as required.
C- Having specialist knowledge of MEP systems installed at the facility – Mechanical.
D- Implementing and maintaining technical/ operational standards and quality assurance processes for the services being managed.
Job Requirements:
A- You are a digitally savvy, B.Sc. of Engineering Degree ( Mechanical and Electrical) and have extensive facility management experience.5 + years overall experience and 3 years in the GCC region on a similar scale.
B- You have a good understanding and knowledge of hard and soft facilities management Experience in a wide range of software packages including (MS office, and preferable CMMS, CAFM, IWMS).
C- Ability in speaking d writing in English and Arabic. Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
D- Knowing Oracle systems would be beneficial. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to dynamic, motivated teams.
