1- Admin Coordinator – Medical Services (Temporary Contract)

About Role:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager relating to the function of medical services for a smooth and efficient day to day running of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
A– Liaise and co-ordinate with the HR Shared Services team with regards to onboarding and Medical Benefits eligibility for employees and their dependent, where applicable.
B– Respond and communicate effectively to queries from various internal and external stakeholders with regards to the current medical benefits policy.
C– Administer online databases in line with published terms and respective data privacy regulations.
Job Requirements:
A– Qualification: Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent medical related field
B– 4+ years relevant work experience in a medical insurance field
C- Experience in any or some of the following areas – Medical claims processing and pre-approval / Nursing / Pharmacy / Medical billing etc.
D– Excellent written and spoken English.
