1- Senior E Commerce Manager
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Developing and establishing an e-commerce strategy, which includes leading the online Sales strategy across network including all tactical and strategic digital channels.
B- Ensure integration across the QR Group and continuously evolve the proposition through an agile ‘test & learn’ approach to optimise sales (online and offline), as well as customer experience. Lead the E-commerce strategy to deliver the highest possible % share and therefore contribute to reduce the distribution cost of sale.
C- Working closely with senior management to establish a clear pricing strategy for online channels.
D- Lead the RFP processes of multi-million dollar purchases to ensure E-commerce technologies meet requirements.
E- Ensure comprehensive online sales plans are implemented across all regions geared towards exceeding all online sales KPI’s. Ensure all E-Commerce and E-marketing units are in synch with the online sales objectives of the company.
Job Requirements:
A- High School / Vocational Qualification with Minimum 12 years of job-related experience
B- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10 years of job-related experience
C- Strong Ecommerce sales knowledge and experience.
D- Strong retail oriented digital knowledge and experience.
