Job Description:
A- To perform Customer Delivery duties/showroom delivery duties/requests for displays and customer collections.
B- Assist carpenters / helpers for customer deliveries/showroom deliveries for loading and unloading items.
C- Ensuring safety and security of the goods/vehicle/team while going on delivery/transportation.
D- To provide feedback to the delivery section about the deliveries and also to let them know if anything needs to be rectified in case of any particular delivery process.
E- Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of the trucks and efforts on reducing maintenance cost.
F- To fill up the DO/GRN sheet and handover the same with proper feedback to the relevant section.
G- Maintaining delivery logbook containing the details of movement between W/H to locations and vice versa.
H- Operate medium sized truck to perform customer delivery duties.
I- To offer greatest level of service to all customers (internal and external)
J- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior
