About Role:
We are hiring for your skills to carry out the transport service in a safe, timely and customer service oriented manner. To handle mail/ documents/ material and personnel, meeting required timetables and ensure that vehicles are maintained to acceptable standards.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Transport candidates/ staff as directed by the Recruitment Operations Officer and/or Recruitment Operations Coordinators or other staff as required.
B- Transport the candidates from the hotel to the interview venues and back, to and from the airport or as required according to the interview schedule.
C- Collection and distribution of documents and materials between departments, bill payments, inter office runs, duties related banks, government departments, other external clients. Etc.
D- Maintain vehicles in a good condition as per QR standards and ensuring the delivery rime tables are met.
Job Requirements:
A- High school Qualification.
B- Desirable with proficiency in written and spoken English.
C- Basic Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic.
D- A minimum of 2 years driver experience, preferably in a multinational/airline/hospitality organization.
E- Good driving skills, familiar with city roads, aware of the traffic regulations.
