Job Responsibilities:
A- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
B- Follow Front Office policies, procedures and service standards.
C- To provide a safe and timely pick-up and drop-off to all guests (internal and external) as arranged by the Team Supervisor.
D- To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
E- Keeps an accurate record of all the vehicle maintenance.
Job Requirements:
A- Valid Qatar driver’s license.
B- Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset.
C- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
D- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
