1- Architectural Draftsman

Job Responsibilities:
A- The Architectural Draftsman under supervision of an Architect, performs basic architectural 2D-3D design assignments requiring a fundamental knowledge of architectural standards, practices, techniques, and a range of Architectural software to produce sketches, renderings, 3D model, and presentation drawing.
B- Utilizes technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards.
C- Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts.
D- Produces CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, and construction documents for specific architectural or interior design tasks from general design information in accordance with established standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture typically 2+ years of related experience or Architectural BIM – Revit draftsman with minimum of 5 years of related experience.
B- Requires fundamental knowledge of architectural design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as familiarity with CAD, Revit and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.
